Please remember to fill out the paperwork located on the "forms" page before you come to your first appointment. I cannot see you until I have a signed copy of the informed consent and payment form.

 

Georgia Location

Midtown Psychotherapy is located in the Brookwood Exchange building. The street address is 1708 Peachtree St NW Atlanta, GA 30309. There is free parking available behind the building.

South Carolina Location

​

Blue Ridge Psychotherapy is located less than 5 minutes from Clemson University's campus. There is free parking available out front. I will send you my office address in a confirmation email once we have scheduled an appointment.
