Alyssa McKeeman (she/her), Owner and Therapist
I am the owner of Blue Ridge Psychotherapy and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in South Carolina. I have a Master's Degree (M.Ed.) and Education Specialist Degree (Ed.S.) in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Clemson University and a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology from Clemson.
I have been in the mental health field for several years. I worked at a rape crisis center with victims of assault and abuse, at a group home with teenage offenders and trauma victims, and at a psychiatric hospital with depression, anxiety, self-harm and suicidal ideation.
I spent several years in Atlanta receiving extensive training and supervision in the field of eating disorders under the supervision of Dr. Amy Smith-Barnes and direction of Meg McLeroy at Midtown Psychotherapy Associates. Most recently, I worked at Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) at Clemson University briefly while still maintaining a private practice in Atlanta.
I have been running my own practice, Blue Ridge Psychotherapy, in Clemson, SC since March of 2019.
In my free time, I enjoy being outside with my children, husband and dog, Bruce. I love all outdoor activities, traveling and spending time with my friends and family.

1099 Contracting Therapists
Amanda Tuttle (she/her), LPC
I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of South Carolina and Pennsylvania providing counseling to individuals, couples, and families who are looking for someone to work alongside them in navigating your current mental health needs.
It is no secret how hard life can be. There are pressures coming at us from everywhere. Work, school, family, relationships-the list may seem endless. It can be difficult to cope with these stressors or life events that are thrown our way.
I specialize in trauma focused therapy for those who are needing the support, education, and skills to work through the events that have happened to us. I want to work with you in discovering the best approach to heal and be our most authentic selves.
Although I have spent most of my education and career focusing on trauma, I also have substantial experience with a wide array of mental illness such as depression, anxiety, bipolar, and more. I am an EMDR therapist and utilize other techniques such as CBT, Family Systems, and other trauma focused therapies.
Whatever it is that you may be struggling with, there is always hope. I am here to help you find the tools to manage your stressors and optimize the life you live. Through our therapeutic relationship we can work together to discover your goals and achieve them. I offer a free 15 minute initial consultation to chat and explore if we may be a good fit. At this time I am only offering telehealth sessions for the foreseeable future.

Sarah Allen (she/her), LPC
Has life got you feeling overwhelmed? Do you feel stressed and don't know what to do? I help client become the masters of their own lives again. I work with clients who are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and self harming behaviors. I also work with clients who are adjusting to new circumstances in their lives, having difficulty managing stress, or trouble navigating relationships and interpersonal conflict. I help clients work to build skills to regulate their emotions and thoughts effectively to become their own therapists.
I partner with clients to help them feel like the best versions of themselves. I believe clients are experts in their lives and I take my knowledge and training to help clients make effective change. I utilize an integrative approach using techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, DBT, ACT, the triphasic model, and behavioral activation.
Starting therapy can feel very overwhelming and scary. It is a very brave step to reach out for help. I encourage anyone considering therapy to reach out for a free consultation to determine if I would be a good match to help meet your goals.
